As one of the Salon Owners, a Level 4AA Master Stylist, 2019 and 2018 Nappie Award winner for Best overall Colorist and one of Blue Cliff Career Colleges Accreditors, Jennifer is extremely passionate by her love of the this industry. She is the Salons leading Associate Program trainer, working side-by-side with recent Cosmologist graduates guiding them every step of the way into a thriving career.
Jennifer specializes in color corrections, natural tones, well balanced color dimension and her passion for perfection with her blondes which allow her 17 years of experience to achieve exactly what her salon guests are looking for.
Jennifer prides herself on developing and maintaining close relationships and trust within her strong and loyal guest following.
She excels in keeping her clients well informed and provides them with a plethora of product knowledge so guest can properly care for their hair at home.
Continuing education is a must for Jennifer and her entire Salon Company. She has studied under some of the Industry legends including;
Micheal Cole, Daniel Mason Jones, Nick Arrojo, Lea Freeman, Frank Gambuzza, Summit Salon educators Dave Kirby and Heather Bagby, just to name a few.
Jennifer's commitment to educate, train and study her Industry makes her our resident expert on hair integrity.

Samantha Menn is the Co-Owner/ Level 3 Stylist at Salon DMH. With 7 year experience,Samantha started her Career in a small town but then moved to Mobile to further her career. Her passion for hair started at a young age visiting her mother at work in a salon, from then on out it was the only thing that made sense! She says "there is no better thing in the world than loving your career."
Samantha specializes in natural looking color, highlights, and balayage. She likes to create subtle changes to give life back to dull hair.
She believes that continuing education is crucial to staying relevant in the hair industry. She has had the pleasure of taking classes from; George Garcia, Michael Cole, Daniel Mason Jones, Carlos Nova, Theresa Adams, Drew Schafer, Heather Smith. Along with attending the Summit with Heather Bagby and Dave Kirby.
Holly Fountain’s passion for education began when she honed her craft as a Color Artist and Expert Network Trainer for L’Oreal Professionnel in the Southeast back in 2008. She has facilitated color education from Louisiana through to Florida and into northern Alabama. She specializes in natural looking color, smoothing treatments that can help combat unruly hair, and easy effortless styling. With over 16 years in the industry, her work has been featured in magazines as well on runways. “It’s always amazing to watch how other artists process their craft. I love the intellectual challenge of our industry combined with subjectivity of creative talents. For me, if I can balance the science with the art to make someone feel better about their reflection, it’s a win!” When she is not at the salon, Holly is with her 11 year old son, Damon, or spending time with the horses volunteering for Transitions Equine Therapy.
Miriah Phares is happily married and a mother of two crazy girls. She fell in love with hair when she got her first highlight at 12 by her grandmother who was a stylist. She says watching her Nanny work was life inspiring. She always knew she would follow in her path. Miriah attended Blue Cliff Career College and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2012. Since then, she has worked in the heart of midtown. She has been at DMH for 2.5 years now. Miriah has studied under some amazing platform artist such as Sam Villa and Brayden Pelletier. She has visited the Redken Exchange where she attended a Summit Salon course. She has also been featured in Mobile Bay Bride magazine a handful of times. Her passions within this career are ever changing. She prides herself in being well versed and fearless! Miriah says, "I am so excited for the direction Salon DMH is headed. I couldn't be more thrilled to be on this journey with these amazing girls. Peace, love, & amazing hair."
Natalie has sored in her trade, as a 2019 NAPPIE Award winner for Best Brow Wizard, she's on the path for another Level jump to a Level 2 Stylist in less than 2.5 year. She worked side-by-side next to our Level 4AA Stylist Jennifer Freeman for over a year.
With only 2 years after graduating Cosmetology school Natalie already started to build a thriving salon guest base. Her drive and zest for this industry is apparent as she continues her education by taking classes from some of our Industry leaders like Daniel Mason Jones and Stephanie Lawrence. Natalie is definitely one to keep your eye on.
Believe it or not, Olivia has only been in the industry for less than 2 years, As a 2019 NAPPIE Award winner for Best Make-up Artist in Mobile. She graduated from cosmetology school in March of 2018, and has been at Salon DMH ever since. Olivia works beside Samantha Menn as her right hand and associate. She is so grateful for the opportunity to learn all about our industry everyday from all of the other stylists in the salon. While it’s true that Olivia loves to create blended blondes and lived in balayages, she also enjoys the business side of the industry. One of her biggest passions right now is social media and marketing not only for herself, but the salon as well. Olivia is excited to see what her future holds here at Salon DMH! 🖤

Theran has already been DMH for over a year now and is already committed industry. His passion covers a broad range of interests, from color, blending and his new passion for men's grooming. Starting back in 2016 when he took a basic cosmetology course at his high school, he decided to further his education and later enrolled in cosmetology school. He knew he wanted to join a Summit Salon, knowing the Associate program provides one on one instruction with a level 4 master stylist. Theran's long term goal is to eventually become a platform artist and with the path that he is setting for himself, it isn't far away.
